This is not just a cheap and small treadmill that will only do the basic stuff but will let you run at up to high speed of 12 mph even though it is portable with a foldable design- other folding style treadmills we have seen so far let you run at much lower speeds and have less max user weight capacity. It is not very large or bulky and will fit nicely in any room, has a modern and stylish design and looks pretty in red, white and black colours, running belt is not very large but adequately comfortable in terms of size and cushioning as support and there is no heart rate monitor as far as we can see on photos or specs of product. The little noise it makes is certainly not loud enough to interrupt your music or television. It is not like those treadmills that cost thousands and is not perfect when you compare it with much higher models so do not expect integrated workout programs, multimedia features, very large running belt or other bells and whistles but it is still decent and would be a great fitness equipment to have when you don’t want to get to gym.
