Body-Solid GCEC340 is built solid and durable and has super thick and comfy dura-firm pads throughout, 8 inch foam rollers to wrap your leg over in leg extension to work quads and press down in leg curls and has a jumbo pop-pin to lower or raise the lifting arm to adjust the motion range. It is fairly easy to assemble and you will find a one page diagram in the box but can take a few hours, looks good in grey and has black upholstery, weighs 75 pounds and measures 42 x 37 x 49 inches when set up. Height is not adjustable as is the case with most other leg curl and extension machines but the seat is and the hand grips may be a little low for some people. It doesn’t include any weight plates but a standard adapter for standard plates and you need to get the one inch diameter centre hole standard plates (not Olympic plates) which you might consider with the purchase of this Body Solid leg machine.
It is easy to clean and can be wiped with dry but soft cloth to help maintain it as new for several years. The pad over the knees has a T shape (not an L or 7 shape) so to be able to get in and out you need to remove the pad, and resistance is not consistent like on very expensive Nautilus leg curl and extension machines but it is easy enough to do and overall this is a great well built, solid, durable, functional pro quality leg machine with a simple design, comfortable seat and leg pads at an affordable price.
