Black Bowflex C7 IC weighs 118 pounds and measures 41.5L x 10.25W x 33.75H inches and the total user weight capacity is 330 pounds on its robust frame. The race style seat and the handlebars are adjustable for users at different heights and you have the dual link pedals with the toe cages. The seat can be adjusted forward, back, up and down and the handlebar for height- up and down. With the smooth magnetic resistance you can ride it smoothly and quietly, day and night. Your fitness level is assessed by the JRNY and personalised custom workouts are created for you. It also offers you coaching and feedback on your built-in touch display that gets you through your sessions. You can use it with the other major cycling apps like Swift or Peloton on your smartphone or tablet and with a JRNY account and the bike metrics are transmitted to the compatible applications via Bluetooth. You need WiFi connection for the 7-inch HD touch display and you can cycle on more than 50 global routes that will adjust automatically to your speed.
You can watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Disney+ on the 7-inch touchscreen of this bike if you have the subscriptions for the streaming service. And you’ll need the JRNY membership for accessing the streaming services’ apps on the console. The LCD-backlit display shows the calories burned, distance traveled, time exercised, current speed, RPM- cadence, and heart rate via the handle sensors. You can put your smartphone or tablet on the centre console and you can also charge your device through
the USB charger as you work out. It has the decent Bluetooth speakers and Bluetooth heart rate armband, two water bottle holders and the 2 x 3lb. dumbbells with the easy access cradles.
If you have an Apple phone or tablet you can connect to the Peloton app directly via Bluetooth and measure the indicators like heart rate or rpm- cadence. You don’t have to subscribe to any service if you don’t want and the LCD display will show you the workout indicators and you can just watch workout videos on YouTube. The in-home assembly service is available for a fee (89 dollars at the moment) but the assembly is quite easy. You may want to pay for the fee to get it delivered to the room you want in your house.
