Bowflex Max Trainer M7 is a high-end modern elliptical trainer and stepper with a small footprint, a large high contrast dual backlit LED display, 20 automatic resistance levels, 11 built-in workout programs, Bluetooth 4.0 compatibility and other user-friendly features you’d expect to have on an expensive commercial grade elliptical trainer.

The M7 Elliptical synchronizes with the Max Trainer application that you can find free of charge on the Android an iOS devices. You can stream and follow workout videos from pro personal trainers and monitor your progress. The performance targeted programing on the M7 finds out your fitness level by time as you use it and new targets can be set. It also saves user profiles for up to 4 users.

The Bowflex Max Trainer M7 weighs 148 pounds and measures 49L x 30.5W x 65.5H inches. It doesn’t have a foldable design but is more compact with a smaller footprint than many of the treadmills and elliptical trainers on the market.
