It is a great quality weight bench with a very dense foam padding with a premium vinyl for your comfort when you’re lifting dumbbells and barbells. It has a very sturdy and durable frame with a heavy duty 14 gauge steel tubing that has the white powder coating and can carry a maximum total weight of 750 pounds. It is a heavy duty weight bench that weighs 41 pounds and measures 26 x 46 x 46 inches as assembled.
The seat height can be adjusted between 19 and 26 inches and the backrest height between 19 and 46 inches. You can adjust the seat by the easy pull-pin and telescoping pin and the backrest by the hook and ladder, both to 7 angles. Seat can be used in flat and incline positions of 4, 8, 11, 15, 18 and 22 degrees and the backrest at 15 degrees decline, flat and 19, 34, 45, 60 and 80 degrees of incline. It can be moved around easily by using the integrated transportation wheels at the rear and the handlebar at the front.
You can perform all your demanding exercises on this commercial grade FID bench and you can get many long years of use out of it. The hook and ladder style adjustment for the backrest angles is really easy and robust. You’ll have a rather comfy workout on its very dense foam padding

And we think that the price tag is fair considering the build quality, comfort level, versatility and adjustability. You’ll get this heavy weight bench in two boxes and it is easy enough to put the pieces together using the simple tools provided and if you follow the instructions carefully. It may seem a bit expensive at first glance but the brand names with the same capacity and features cost much more. And we think that this one is great value for the dollar and we’re happy to recommend it if you have the budget.
