You can ride this elliptical both forward and back.
The digital LCD monitor will help you monitor your exercise stats including the distance traveled, total mileage, calories burned, current speed, time exercised and heart rate through the small fixed handles in the center. This way you’re more in control of things and should be able to achieve your fitness target quicker. You also have the smartphone holder underneath the monitor and you can watch videos and keep entertained during your session. It is a safe and reliable fitness unit with a heavy duty built-in steel frame and the maximum load bearing is 130kg or 286 pounds to be exact.
It also has the large textured anti-slip pedals for your comfort and you can feel totally safe and stable on it as long as you don’t go over the 286lb. limit. The stride length is 13.5 inches and the seat is adjustable to different heights for different users to sit at their optimal positions. They can feel relaxed and comfortable and exercise longer. Doufit Elliptical Trainer is not a foldable machine but still portable with the solid moving transport wheels for you to relocate it for storage.
