Exerpeutic Gold weighs 54.7 pounds and measures 48.5 x 24 x 46 inches and is folded to nearly half this size and becomes 27 x 18 x 48 inches as folded, and you can wheel it away with its transportation wheels to be put in a closet or in a corner, and it is suitable for use even in the smallest apartments. The seat is comfortable with a big seat cushion and backrest so anyone can use it comfortably- slim or large and heavy adults that are between 5 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 5 inches height. Pedals seem standard with textured anti-slip surface and straps for keeping your feet in place.
This one has a small but modern LCD display panel that is easy to see and with the usual indicators of distance, time, calories, speed, ODOmeter (distance from the beginning), pulse rate and scan to show each one of these for ten seconds, all for monitoring your workout progress. There is the tension dial just above the LCD panel, as part of a unique design and you can choose from one of the 8 levels of magnetic resistance with the double transmission flywheel. You can target your heart rate zone with the sensors on handles on both sides of the seat. By recumbent design, we actually mean semi-recumbent (due to its foldable design) as you can see on the photo and you can still mount and dismount easily. You’ll need 2 x AA batteries for the LCD computer panel and they are included in the package.
