Exerpeutic Gold 975 is a modern and solid mid-range recumbent bike with a unique high-end innovative design and a total of 21 different computer exercise programs and other upgraded features, for use at home. These 21 workout programs work with the three-goal settings of time, distance and calorie count. You can track and target your heart rate zone through the pulse sensors on the hand rests.
The backlit LCD display is large with a unique design and easy to read (you’ll get the AC adapter in the box). The display panel shows the time elapsed, calories burned, motivational distance, speed, and heart rate and scan. And the display panel allows two user profiles to keep yours and someone else’s information. You can choose from the 16 different levels of magnetic resistance through the display panel for an easier or more difficult session.
