You can do your upright rows, barbell rows, shrugs and bicep curls at the lower height settings. And squats and overhead presses at the higher settings. You can adjust the height on the barbell rack between 11.6 and 75.4 inches. The squat rack cage measures 44 x 48 x 83 inches as assembled (or 3.6 x 3.9 x 6.9 feet). The 2 x 2-inch frame is made of a special type of steel that is 0.06 inches thick.
And the uprights on the rack structure are dual gusseted and they are stronger, more stable and durable and last much longer over time. The shipping weight for this product is 61.7 pounds and it can carry a maximum weight of 550 pounds. A 7-feet long barbell will fit on this rack perfectly and 5-feet or 6-feet barbells will also be OK but may sit a little closer to center.
Assembly instructions can be a little hard to understand for some but it is mostly common sense and shouldn’t take more than an hour. Once they put the unit together, it is a great value, sturdy and durable product. But considering the very low price point for a multifunctional power rack cage, you can’t have very high expectations. It may wobble a little bit if you go too hard on it but it is often not a game changer as it is a sturdy and stable product overall. And with plates on, F2C Power Rack will feel more sturdy and stable. If you’re doing pull-ups on the bar you may need to pull your feet up a little if you’re tall. But please don’t expect to fo great butterfly pull-ups on this rack. Good value for money!
