Fitness Reality 1000 Plus is a Bluetooth Magnetic Rower that comes with a free app and the optional total body workouts. It is a very recent release best seller rowing machine with a current Amazon.com rating of 5 out of 5 stars.
It is promoted as the only rower on the market with extra exercises and the only one with the Bluetooth feature. The low impact workout on its 39-inch slide rail targets pretty much your whole body, including your back, legs, thighs, biceps, triceps, forearms, shoulders and more. It is suitable for people at different levels as it offers 14 levels of dual transmission magnetic resistance for an easier and more challenging workout.
You can download the free smart MyCloudFitness application on both your Android and iOS smartphones and keep track of your workout results and progress. The three workout goal settings on this app include the calories burned, distance travelled and time exercised. You have the big contoured seat that measures 13.5 x 11 inches with an ergonomic design, an extra wide 21.5 inches long foam cushion handlebar as well as the large adjustable anti-slip pivoting foot pedals with foot straps and a large motion range.
The front stabilizer foot pads that you see in the photo lets you do a variety of other exercises by using the same handlebar, including upright rows, curls, tricep extensions, bent over rows, standing shoulder presses, shrugs, front raises, reverse grip curls, side raises, tricep extensions and more. The 3.5-inch LCD display is easy to read and operate with a single white button and tells you the time elapsed, distance covered, strokes per minute, total count, calories burned and scan.
The maximum user weight capacity is 250 pounds and the height range is between 4’9” and 6’6”. It is designed for home use and runs smoothly and very quietly thanks to the ball bearing rollers for smooth rowing strokes and the very quiet nylon rowing belt.
