Fitness Reality 810XLT Power Cage & 1000 Weight Bench

Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max Power Cage weight bench

Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max (281-Parent) is a very sturdy power cage by Paradigm Fitness, that is made from 2” x 2” steel frame with a real total capacity of 800 pounds, and you can purchase it with the 1000 Super Max weight bench or without. It seems like the same model as the Ironman H-Class 810XLT power cage that is also another great brand of Paradigm. By purchasing the combo that includes the weight bench with 12 adjustable backrest positions (as the front leg can be adjusted to two positions), you will have more flexibility in your workout options for more than 20 workouts and save some money. With an 800 lbs real weight capacity on the bench with enhanced strength thanks to the triangular support structure and the powder coated tubular steel frame, you can do a variety of strength training exercises with dumbbells and barbells.

With an 800 lbs real weight capacity on the bench with enhanced strength thanks to the triangular support structure and the powder coated tubular steel frame, you can do a variety of strength training exercises with dumbbells and barbells. The power rack is designed with a large walk in space giving you enough space to move side-to-side. You will find two 23 inch long safety bars that are chrome dual mounted as well as two 3.25 inch chrome lock-on safety bars that can be used with 7 feet Olympic bars and each bar can handle a super duty maximum weight of 800 pounds and you can adjust them to 19 different heights offering you a great range of positions. You will get the most out of your resistance training as it is safe and easy to use but we do not recommend lifting more than a few hundred pounds on it and not get close to 800lbs. There are two rear stabilizer bars at the back for a solid performance when you’re doing your resistance exercises using your body weight or bars. You can train hard with the great options offered by the power cage and the weight bench, both with sturdy build and functionality.

Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max Power Cage

Fitness Reality Power Cage weighs 134.5 pounds and measures 50.5 x 46.5 x 83.5 inches and the weight bench weighs 35 pounds with the dimensions of 59 x 23.5 x 48.5 inches- will fit in a small home gym easily. The bench can be folded to 51 x 23.5 x 9 inches and roll it away with the transportation wheels at the front. Both units need to be assembled which is not hard to do with the tools provided (nuts and bolts properly packaged) and step-by-step instructions and they are both offered with a year of limited warranty by Paradigm Fitness. The weight plates and the Olympic bar you may see in photos are not included in the package and you need to get them separately. The 1000 Super Max is a FID weight bench has a 1.75 inch thick foam backrest that measures 10 x 33.5 inches with a 15.3 x 14.5 inch seat for your comfort and can be used in flat, incline and decline positions between -20 degree decline and +80 degree incline angles by people that are up to 6’4” tall.

You can work on your back, shoulder, triceps, and biceps in different exercises on the overhead pull up and chin up grip bars. You can do squats, wide curls, bent over rows, deadlifts, shrugs, wide pull ups, hammer grip pull ups, seated military shoulder press, flat bench presses, incline bench presses, lying triceps extensions and more. It includes a removable leg hold-down bar that can be adjusted to three positions so you have extra stability during your workout. There are also extended leg stabilizers on the bench so there won’t be any unwanted rocking during your session. Pull-up bar can feel a little low if you are very tall, which is a common issue on all power racks. For the low price point, the combo of power cage and weight bench is awesome, for their build quality, stability, total real weight capacity, adjustability, and versatility. You should be able to get a very solid long time use out of it unless you are a very advanced powerlifter then you will have to pay a lot more. Lower price does not mean a cheaper product with this solid power rack and if you will be working with 3-400 pounds of weights then you can certainly consider it.
