It includes the Bluetooth smart technology and a free iOS compatible MyFitQuest exercise application that lets you track your workout progress to help you achieve your fitness goals.
This is a heavy duty product that weighs 108 pounds with the dimensions of 60.5 x 34.5 x 47.5 inches and would be hard to lift on your own but you can push it easily for relocation with the transport wheels at the front.
