GoElliptical V-450X Standard Stride is a no impact elliptical cross trainer with the HRC Control Program, an adjustable 18-inch stride, quiet magnetic resistance, belt drive mechanism, the adjustable pedals and arms for cardiovascular and strength training in the comfort of your home or gym.
The GoElliptical V-450X weighs 139 pounds, measures 65H x 61W x 28D inches and the maximum user weight capacity is 300 pounds on its sturdy frame. The 7-inch LCD-backlit display console has the Start/Pause, Quick start, Recovery, Reset, Rotary switch- Enter + and – buttons for resistance adjustment and the large display for Time, Speed, RPM, Distance, Calories, Pulse rate readout and Program.
There are 24 preset workout programs and 24 levels of resistance that you can adjust via the Level Special Toggle Switch. Heart rate monitoring is done through the EKG-Contact sensors on the handles with the HRC program and the reading is quite accurate. The very large pedal has a bar that lets you adjust the stride to 8 spots. Special belt drive helps run the elliptical quietly. The chrome swinging arms have an ergonomic design and are adjustable to 3 locations.
There is a smartphone and tablet holder just below the display for you to put your smartphone or tablet and another water bottle and storage rack down below in the middle for your small items. You have a headphone port as part of the iPod and MP3 compatible music system for your entertainment during your session. Listening to music can distract you and you can exercise longer and burn more calories. You also have a USB port on the right of the LCD display for you to charge your portable devices including your phone.
The random training program offers limitless variations to work out in different ways. The silent magnetic resistance system offers a very smooth elliptical motion and doesn’t require any maintenance. The V-450X is a good quality 
elliptical that is made of commercial level materials. And you can expect it to be very sturdy and durable over many years to come. The special toggle switch lets you get a great cardio workout even if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced with the 24 levels of resistance, from very easy to very challenging.
Both the padded upper body handles and the 18-inch stride on the large pedals offer a great deal of comfort for a decent very low or no impact session for a maximum amount of calorie burning.
