You have three colour options of light blue, red or silver and they have the same price tag at the time of this post release. The power source is corded electric and you can plug the treadmill into any standard power outlets in the US.
You can walk, jog or run at the speeds of up to 7.5 miles per hour, with a minimum of 0.6mph. You can customise your workout with the 12 preset programs and 3 workout modes and power saving mode on the LCD monitor that shows the calories burned, distance traveled, time exercised, current speed and heart rate via the pulse sensors on the handlebars. With the Gym app you can control the treadmill directly on your smart device screen, save your workout data and share your results with others if you want. You can also listen to your favourite songs through the Bluetooth speakers.
The deck is 15 inches wide and offers adequate space for the training of users at different sizes. It has a conveniently foldable design with the two built-in transport wheels underneath for your to relocate it easily in your house. You can put it in a corner against a wall, under your bed or sofa. There is a red safety key in the middle with the red cord that you may attach to your gym clothes for being
able to stop the treadmill immediately but safely in case you drift back. You can customise your workout to what your training goals are and for burning calories efficiently.
It has a powerful and low noise motor that works quietly even at the higher speeds of up to 7.5mph speeds. The non-slip textured tread belt has the 5 layers for decent cushioning for your joints, knees, ankles, hips or lower back, offering a much safer platform than running on the street. You can push down the platform if you want to use it when working at your desk but you’re not recommended to use it all day long as the motor may overheat. And you do need to have some breaks in between. Having said that it is a very good quality fitness equipment that people at different ages and fitness levels can use it comfortably. It has a robust construction, is easy to operate and very much suitable for home use.
