HealthRider Strider Twist (Model# HRCR02411) is the new innovative design, solid and well-built fitness equipment that is fun to use and functional, designed to work both your upper and lower body, get in shape and keep fit. It lets you combine both your cardiovascular and resistance training, as you will be using larger muscle groups like your arms, back and legs and getting a proper intense workout while also working your core section / abdominals. It has the dual position handles that rotate and let you twist, targeting different parts of your abs and overall body- adding more muscle groups to work on. It has a functional LCD display panel at the front that shows the simple indicators like your reps, time, distance and others to keep you motivated and to help you achieve your goals faster. It can carry a maximum user weight of 250 pounds, which should cover a good percentage of adults. As you may already know, exercising alone is never enough for getting results as you also need to follow a healthy eating plan and if you don’t know much about it, HealthRider comes with an 8 week nutrition manual. You have the detachable rowing handles to work your arms and shoulders a little differently, so you have a bit of flexibility here and two sets of pedals to increase your motion range. Seat is adjustable for different heights and is very large for your comfort.
You will not be disturbed by any noise during your workout as the Strider runs very smoothly and quietly thanks to the special linkage system. If you are short on space in your living room or wherever you use the Strider, you can comfortably carry it away to another room on its transport wheels. You just need to oil the joints every three to four months and with the rubber inside the joint it will not start squeaky noises after a while. You may either use it in the twist mode but you need to be careful as you can easily do your back, or you can put the pin on when you don’t wish to use it in twist mode. It is suitable for anyone with any body shape- slim, overweight, fit or not fit but you need to listen to your body and not push it too hard but it is a low impact type of workout, so you start at your own pace and build gradually, it builds your chest, legs, abs, shoulders, triceps, biceps and back- your whole body but this is not going to help you build big muscles like the weights or equipment at the gym as it is more for strengthening and toning and there is no reason you can not combine it with other fitness equipment or weights in your home gym. It can be a little tricky to assemble and will help if you have someone else assisting you with putting it together.
