K KingKang T056 has a safe and stable 1.3 meter extended U-style base with four anti-slip suction cup feet that are connected with two cross-bars. This is a multi-functional power tower for performing a variety of exercises, including push-ups, close arm and wide arm pull-ups, leg push-ups, chin-ups, tricep dips, bench press, forearm flexion and abdominal exercises.
As assembled this modern multi-function power tower measures 51.2 x 35.4 x (65 x 92.5) inches and weighs around 60 pounds. So you may want to check the room you’ll put this in and make sure you have enough space and clearance. The height can be adjusted to six positions: 65, 68.9, 72.8, 76.8 and 84.7 and 92.5 inches. The arm cushions measure 7.8 x 3.5 inches and the padded back is 11.8 x 8.6 inches.
It has an ergonomic design and you’ll find two thick padded elbow pads and back cushion to make you feel more comfortable and your spine will be better protected. You may also want to get a barbell bench and two barbell stands to use with this equipment. There is a dual tier dumbbell rack, a dip station and a VKR station for your ab crunches and knee and leg raises, a multi-grip pull up bar and push-up handles for your chest, shoulder, back and arm routines. It is shipped unassembled and you need to follow the instructions carefully for putting it together. It is not too heavy but two people will be better able to lift or handle it. You are not recommended to use TRX straps with this power tower but perhaps elastic bands. You can’t do squats as it is designed more for things like push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups and dips. You may use the rear section for an Olympic bench as you’ll find two pairs of barbells stands there for your bench workout. If you workout regularly at a gym and has become a little difficult for you to get to gym due to the distance or your work schedule, this may be a good alternative.
The K KingKang T056 will save you time and you can still get good results and maintain your body. This one looks and feels like a pro equipment but we recommend you to not use it if you weigh more than 300 pounds as it is not really as sturdy as a gym power tower. If you have low ceilings you can adjust the height. Overall it is very decent value for the dollar, unless you want to spend more for a more robust, gym quality product.
