And it can carry a maximum user weight of 240 pounds, which is quite all right for such a lightweight machine (shipping weight is 33.8 pounds) because it is built quite sturdy (has a solid cold-rolled steel frame). It is not a noisy unit so you can listen to music or watch TV in the comfort of your home while you’re exercising and you can climb for longer.
10-15 minutes a day on it will probably work wonders in a few weeks for most people and you will see that you’re getting leaner while sculpting your lower and upper body and abs.
