You have the 22 digital resistance levels that you can adjust through the display for your different workout needs and the level of challenge you want at the time. Please note that even at the lowest level 1 it will offer you a good workout and you may need to get used to it if you’re a beginner. It offers a comfortable workout on its large cushioned saddle and the ergonomic textured anti-slip pedals with the adjustable foot straps. You can adjust the seat for height up and down and for distance from the handle- forward and back and the handlebar for height- up and down.

You’re allowed to create up to 5 individual training profiles with each one accessing on-demand video and live workouts by the expert personal trainers. Nordic Track Studio Bike weighs 141.4 pounds and measures 54.4H x 23.3W x 55.5L inches and can carry a maximum total user weight of 300 pounds. It is not a foldable bike but can be moved easily in your house with its built-in front-mounted transportation wheels. You can download the BILT app on your smart device for the easy 3D assembly instructions that will show you the process step by step. There is a water bottle holder and a cup holder behind the seat (not at the front or in the center) that lets you keep your water bottle near you to keep hydrated during your session.
To activate the product you need to redeem your 30-day iFit subscription by putting in a credit card. And it will renew automatically at the full price after the expiry if you don’t cancel 24 hours before the expiry.
