NordicTrack C 7.5 Elliptical via Amazon
NordicTrack C 7.5 is a comfortable and reliable entry level elliptical trainer for a total body workout for burning calories and toning your upper and lower body, with decent basic features and great build quality with very solid construction, decent ellipse motion and natural feel when you’re working out. It comes with 26 integrated workout apps including fat loss and interval training designed by certified personal trainers to help you achieve your exercise goals faster by also giving you the ability to choose from performance, intensity and calorie apps. You can choose from 22 different resistance levels or adjust the incline level by a single touch of a button, quickly, smoothly and quietly with the SMR- Silent Magnetic Resistance so that you can change the intensity and optimise your workout results while you’re exercising on the unit so you can stay more focused rather than looking for what is where. C 7.5 model weighs 220 pounds with a maximum user weight capacity of 325 pounds and is not really lightweight but can be carried from room to room on its transport wheels and is easy enough to assemble so you won’t have to spend hours on the assembly. It takes up less space than normal thanks to the small footprint achieved by the drive mechanism placed at the front which also enables easier incline adjustment. You will be working both your lower and upper body without much impact on your knees or joints and with SoftTouch grips on the multi-positional handles put no strain on your arms and by being able to adjust the incline level you can target specific leg muscles like glutes, calves or hamstrings. But the ramp range is limited (0 to 20 degrees) and the stride is fixed at 20 inches and not adjustable and pedals are also not adjustable.
All that you’re getting with this new C 7.5 as part of the front-drive series for the price level concerned (cheapest of the series), especially the solid build quality that comes with any Nordic brand and the features, you have a pretty good deal here- this can’t be compared to a 300 dollar budget basic elliptical trainer and includes a satisfactory warranty by the manufacturer if you encounter any problems- 1 year for labor, 2 years for parts and lifetime for the frame. 20 pound efficient inertia-enhanced flywheel helps with very smooth training for a more natural feeling ride. It has two integrated EKG pulse grip sensors that is connected directly to the display panel, an Autobreeze workout fan that adjusts automatically to the intensity and speed of your exercise and that can also be manually adjusted, two 2 inch speakers and iPod compatible audio system, a 5 inch LED-backlit display with very large viewing angles, a built-in shelf that you can put your stuff in, water bottle holder where you can also put your mobile phone and Bluetooth enabled console to use iFit program if you are subscribed to iFit program. But the console space is somewhat limited and there is no built-in tablet holder and it doesn’t include a touch display you’ll see on higher Nordic models, this is a bit like the upgraded version of the previous NordicTrack E 8.9. If you’re looking for more high end features like a very high-tech display panel and many customisable options then you may want to look at the higher models of NordicTrack.
