Multi-color ProForm 250i (PFEL03916) is a total body fitness elliptical with a great build quality and high performance, not only for your leg muscles but also your core and arm muscles as you hold the padded handles. It has a built-in tablet holder so you can keep entertained during your workout. This being an iFit compatible unit you can connect to the iFit fitness app that lets you exercise on different roads in different destinations in the world. You can choose from a preplanned road or any place you want on Google Maps.
ProForm 250i has a large LCD display that gives you the real-time stats with the usual indicators and preset workouts you can choose from. The pedals are very large, adjustable and cushioned for a low impact workout. And it has a 17-inch long stride and with the front drive design and inertia-enhanced flywheel, your movement will be smooth and natural consistently. You have a large coolaire workout fan underneath the display panel with two fan speed settings and will give you a cool breeze. Red buttons for Resistance – and + that lets you increase resistance up to 14 levels and volume button. You have the time, speed, distance, calories and the watts meter for power output.
There is a total of 14 onboard workouts, 7 of which for intensity and 7 for weight loss, created by personal trainers and will help you do both your resistance and cardiovascular training. EKG grip feature will help you monitor your heart rate via the sensors on the handle as it gives you a quick and reliable heart rate read-out. SMR stands for Silent Magnetic Resistance and will adjust smoothly while you increase the intensity. It includes the dual two-inch speakers as part of the MP3 and iPod compatible sound system so you can listen to your favorite songs by plugging in your headsets.
It includes a water bottle holder so you do not need to get off the bike each time you’re thirsty. ProForm 250i has a solid steel frame, weighs 133 pounds with a 250 lb. weight capacity and measures 60 x 25.5 x 69 inches.
