Resistance on the Progear 100S is adjustable through the easy to dial tension adjustment knob so you can challenge yourself as much as you want or take it easy at lower resistance levels. The foot pedals are larger than normal and include toe cages for security and that additional forward leg thrust and you can cycle without your feet slipping and in case of an emergency you can use the top down emergency brake. You can comfortably listen to music or watch TV without any interruption thanks to the precision balanced flywheel that ensures very quiet operation. It will be perfectly fine to stand up when you’re riding the bike- simulating an uphill road experience, as Progear 100S is built quite solid and sturdy and you can also pedal in both directions comfortably- forward and reverse pedalling. There is even a water bottle holder so you don’t have to get off the bike and interrupt your session and keep hydrated at all times. This is a rather heavy duty bike for the price and is not particularly light but includes transport wheels so you can move it around very easily. It is easy to assemble as you will get it unassembled like all the other fitness equipment online, and includes one year limited warranty by the manufacturer when and if you encounter any problems.
