Sunny Health & Fitness SF-E3607 is the new 2016 release elliptical trainer for an overall body workout- both upper and lower body with magnetic resistance of adjustable 8 levels so you have it as challenging as you want and customise your workout. It has an ergonomic design with big non-slip platforms / footpads and comfy to hold handles for both your balance and security during your session. The basic LCD panel shows the distance, time, speed, calories, odometer and precise pulse rate readings via the sensors on the stationary handlebars so you can monitor your overall progress with different indicators and to help you keep your target heart rate. Grey Sunny Elliptical has the dimensions of 49.5 x 27.5 x 64 inches as assembled (it does not occupy too much space in your room) and weighs 71.5 pounds with a maximum user weight of 220 pounds so it is not particularly light in weight and wouldn’t be so easy to lift but with the integrated transport wheels it can be moved in your house easily. Like all the other fitness equipments it is sent unassembled and you should be able to put it together on your own in about an hour or so.
One thing we can point out about the design is the longer handle bars are very close to the upright handles that have the heart rate sensors and we’re not sure why that is the case but again it shouldn’t really present much of a problem during your workout. It seems to be a well-functioning and good quality unit- everything runs just fine and gives you a decent workout and customers seem to be satisfied overall and is offered at a good price. As long as you’re not expecting something ultra fancy with bells and whistles and you want something you can do your daily sessions to burn calories, lose weight, tone up or keep in shape, it will do the trick in moderate use. It is very simple to operate after you finish assembling it and you will see it runs rather quietly so you won’t be disturbing people in your house or your neighbours and you can listen to music or watch TV while using it.
