Thanks to its location right in the middle in front of you, you can easily change the resistance level from 1 to 8 during your workout without having to get off the trainer. The LCD computer display shows the distance, speed, calories, time, pulse rate through pulse readers on handles in the middle for variable tracking and Odometer (distance travelled from the start). This is an effective but low impact type of cardiovascular workout that will put minimal burden on your joints and knees and it comes with big and durable pedals with anti-slip ridges so your feet stay put during your exercise.
