Sunny Health & Fitness Synergy Pro (SF-B1851) is a high-end, sturdy and durable, magnetic, stationary indoor bike with an ergonomic design, belt drive, a 40 lb. inertia-ready flywheel and magnetic brakes.
The large flywheel is good for storing the moving energy that will allow you to pedal consistently and the magnetic brakes will stop the wheel instantly when you need it. The solid belt-drive mechanism on this bike along with the flywheel helps this bike run smoothly and quietly for you to focus on your performance rather than noise or other issues.
You will have total control of the intensity of your workout with the built-in magnetic resistance. So you can have an easier or harder (less or more challenging) workout when you want or need it. There is a smart performance monitor that shows you the usual workout stats including the pulse rate with the integrated pulse sensors on the handles. You can also see your average and maximum speed, time exercised, distance traveled (mph & kph), calories burned, current speed and cadence (rpm). You can check your workout progress during your session, assess and analyze your fitness data and keep motivated to achieve your goals quicker.
There is a dumbbell holder and you can pedal this bike and lift dumbbells at the same time to get your upper body and abdominals involved as well. These holders have up to 40-pound capacity and you can keep your dumbbells in there when you’re not using them. It comes with the SDP-compatible pedals with the textured, anti-slip surface and integrated toe cages to offer you stability. This 
great bike has an ergonomic design with a 4-way adjustable (up, down, forward and back) saddle and the rounded multi-grip handles that can be adjusted up and down.
