Thegreatshopman Folding Electric Treadmill
Thegreatshopman Folding Electric Treadmill has a smart digital LED display, 12 preset exercise programs, a good size running belt, 220 lb. user weight capacity and a speed range of 0.6 to 6mph. It is offered in two colors of black and gray and at the same price, whichever takes your fancy.
You can adjust your speed through the control panel or pick one of the 12 programs that were designed as part of a professional exercise planning. It would suit people of different fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. You can walk, jog or run at speeds up to 6mph or 10kph. You can do your cardiovascular- aerobic workout, burn calories and fat, strengthen and tone leg muscles. Or it can simply be a tool for warming up before your resistance training session.
The anti-skip running belt with the diamond texture is standard size and measures 39.4 x 14.2 inches, which is adequate if you’re not very large. It measures 23.2 x 48.4 x 44.9 inches as assembled and 15 x 45 inches as folded. The 8.3-inch long handles are 39.4 inches off the ground. The digital LED-backlit display shows the standard workout data of current speed, distance traveled, calories burned and heart rate. The pulse sensors are located on the short handlebars and will help you monitor pulse rate precisely and stay in the target heart rate zone to burn calories more efficiently.
It will help you save on storage space by its convenient foldable design. You can fold this portable treadmill, push or pull it on its transportation wheels to a convenient spot. It works fairly quietly, you can listen to music or watch videos and it will not disturb you or people in the house. There is a cup holder on the right hand side, where you can put your water bottle and stay hydrated during your training session.
It comes with a Bluetooth Audio System by which you can connect your phone via Bluetooth (find Running V3 on your phone) and listen to your music. For folding the treadmill you simply remove the two bottom knobs and move the running belt towards the display panel. And you put the knobs back on when you unfold the unit. It is easy to assemble with some little help, safe and easy to use, runs quietly, is sturdy enough for people that weigh up to 220 pounds and light enough to move from room to room easily. It is not expensive and seems to be reasonable value for money, although there aren’t many reviews out yet.
