Titan H-PND has a robust, heavy duty and great quality steel frame that you can feel safe and stable on. It also has the rubber feet on four corners underneath so there will not be sliding or slipping. These also help prevent damage- scuffing or scratches on your floor. Titan H-PND Reverse Hyper weighs roughly 250 pounds and measures 52.25L x 41D x 44.5H inches. The loadable sleeve is 10 inches long with a diameter of 2 inches. The steps measure 3″ x 3″ and the 11-gauge steel tubing is 8 inches long. The handles are 6 inches long and can be adjusted to 8 positions in 2″ increments. Lever arm is about 28.5 inches.
The H-PND is shipped with all the tools needed for easy bolting together type set-up. Two spring collars and a strap are included with your purchase. You’ll also get a cross brace for adding resistance bands to increase the challenge. The product is shipped 
in two boxes and there is a chance you may get them separately. Please note that the pad that you see at the top is flat, stays fixed and can’t be adjusted to an angle. It will work for tall (6’1″ or so) people but not if you are very tall like 6’6″+.
As different people have different leg lengths the pendulum below the equipment is adjustable for leg length by loosening up the two nuts and removing the bolts. But please assemble this unit wherever you’re going to use it as you will not be able to move it later on because of its heavy weight.
