There is the red security cord attached to the magnetic emergency stop switch in the middle, for you to pull when you need to stop immediately in case of an emergency. It will actually activate your whole body and help relieve fatigue and stress and even improve your sleep quality.
It is a fairly solid and sturdy product that feels durable with a steel frame and the maximum user weight is specified as 250 pounds. It is important that you keep this treadmill indoors in a dry area, away from water or moisture, and not on a thick carpet so there is enough circulation underneath. It is easy to assemble and operate but we’re not sure if the 6 mph speed limit would be adequate for some people. If you’re very tall it wouldn’t be good for running, but you can certainly walk fast on it comfortably. You will also not find the extra bells and whistles of the more expensive treadmills if you’ll need them at all.
