Yes4All Aerobic Deck weighs 32 pounds and measures 44. 3 x 13. 4 x 8 inches and 44. 3 x 13. 4 x 14 inches as raised. By raised we mean the height of the deck can be adjusted to 14″ of height. With the click and lock feet adjustment function you can adjust its height easily. The total user weight capacity is 300 pounds (your own weight + dumbbells etc.) and you shall be fine exercising with low to medium weights.
It has a collapsible design for you to move and relocate it for storage. The 4 adjustable bracket angles are 0, 25, 50 and 65 degrees for whatever you want to do. It has an anti-slip textured surface and rubber grip feet for you to feel safe and stable during your workout session. The bottom rubber feet also does not scratch or damage your floors. In the flat position it is a ramp, plyometric box, aerobic stepper or a flat weight bench. In the decline position you can do your decline bench and dumbbell presses, and decline ab crunches. And in the incline position you can do your jumps, step ups, push ups or other weights exercises. If you get elastic resistance bands as well you can target the whole body or specific 
parts for strengthening and toning. With the height adjustability to two positions at 8 and 14 inches, you can use it for your easy or difficult workouts.
Please see the instructions on the Amazon product page for height adjustment and it is easier to do when you do it on its back. The incline support bracket is also solid and thick plastic, not metal. It would work fine as a bench press as it is around the same width as the other conventional weight benches. And you’ll be fine as long as you don’t go over the specified weight limit of 300 pounds. It is not going to be as heavy duty as the benches at your gym but is still quite solid and stable for what it is.
You can make it heavier by putting weights in the core storage section. And you can do your step routines comfortably on its anti-slip base and surface. It would make a nice addition to your home gym or if you’ve been in rehab and need an aerobic deck for light exercises to continue your healing at home.
