Black YeSoul M1 has an aluminum steel frame, weighs 75 pounds with a 270-pound total user weight capacity and measures 39.3L x 20.1W x 49.2H inches. The height can be adjusted between 45.3 and 49.2 inches. It has a compact size and takes up little space of just 5.38 ft2.
Users between the heights of 4′ 1″ to 6′ 5″ can use it comfortably, so it is suitable for use by very short and very tall people. You have the interactive Yesoul interactive training smart app that you can download for exercising with the professionals, listening to music, landscape cycling and competing with the friends. This app is updated regularly to offer you different possibilities and nice content and they have set up studios in different countries. This M1 Spin Bike can be used with the other apps like Zwift, Apple Fitness+, Kinomap and more.
You can view your workout data like the distance traveled, calories burned, time exercised, current speed, ODOmeter and pulse rate on your smart device with the Bluetooth technology. Please note that there is no heart rate monitor included in the package and you can use it with different heart rate monitors on the market. The (battery powered) LCD display is also not included in the package and the spin bike doesn’t work with the electricity and you do not need to be near a power outlet. You can develop and adjust the training plan.
Yesoul M1 Spin Bike has a totally hidden wrapped design with the belt drive and flywheel not visible. You will not need to worry about your pets or kids touching the flywheel and having an accident. It works quietly and you will not be disturbing the members of your family or your neighbors. You have a total of 100 levels of magnetic resistance that you can adjust accurately through the resistance knob for different levels of challenge and flexibility. The soft seat can be adjusted four ways- up, down, forward and back for you to feel comfortable.
You can move it easily- tilt and roll it and effortlessly on its transportation wheels at the bottom and you don’t need to do any heavy lifting, causing strain on your muscles. It has a stable triangular body with a H- shape base for you to feel safe and stable on it during your workout session. It has a nice stainless steel frame with the piano painting that is resistant to wear and tear and offers great durability. You can put a rug 4′ x 2′ rug underneath.
There is a water bottle holder with a user friendly design to hold the bottle and your towel. The tablet and the LCD monitor are not included in the package. It is easy to set up by following the video included in just 30 to 40 minutes. Yesoul has a live center with studios where the live spinning classes are streamed daily online for a great club experience in the comfort of your home. There is a QR code on this spin bike and you can download the app and view the video. It comes with a year of warranty for the parts and you can contact the customer service if you have any problems.
