The low impact high training workout on this Schwinn IC3 will feel like a realistic road-like experience. The Schwinn IC3 weighs 101 pounds and measures 45L x 23W x 49H inches as assembled. The seat to pedal inseam is 17.5 inches at its lowest point and 38 inches at its highest. If the distance is shown in km and you want to change it to miles please press the mode button and hold the two arrow buttons 
simultaneously and you’ll se a menu that shows km and miles and you choose miles. The seat and handles can go very low if you’re short and very high if you’re tall and the seat can go forward and back.
If the narrower seat is not comfy enough for you especially during the longer sessions you can put any type of seat cover you want. And if you want to change the seat many standard seats will be fine. Please note that the resistance on this bike is felt resistance, not magnetic. The simple racing style unpadded seat is not super comfy and there aren’t any preset training programs that you’ll find on similar models. We like the adjustable and good quality seat and handlebars, the high user weight capacity, the small footprint of only 45” x 23”, the frame levelers underneath, great infinite resistance system, decent data console and the two-year warranty for the electronics and parts. Overall we think that it is well worth considering at the price level.
