Sunny Health & Fitness ASUNA 4100 is a brand new, modern and high end- commercial grade indoor bike that is suitable for both home gym and fitness studio use- as a spinning bike. It comes with a solid 40 pound chrome flywheel without vibrations, with more riding momentum for longer periods, smooth, stable and quiet riding experience, with also the chain driven mechanism and it won’t matter how fast you ride or at what resistance level. Both the nicely cushioned seat and the handles have a very modern design as you see on photos and are completely adjustable horizontally and vertically with the knobs for comfort- seat between 29.5 to 36 inches (seat to pedal distance) and the combination pedals include SPD clip and reversible cage and a micro adjustable felt brake pad resistance.
It has a very solid and heavy duty steel frame and can carry a total weight of up to 285 pounds. Shipping weight is 121 pounds and measures 41.3 x 25.5 x 51.2 inches as assembled and is not very lightweight but not huge in size and has the integrated transport wheels to be moved around easily, so you just tilt it and roll it for relocation or storage in your house without any heavy lifting or strain on your joints or body. Resistance is easily adjustable via the micro tension knob, which also acts like brakes and you can enjoy various levels of difficulty or challenge and you should start slow and move up and down in the same session and as you go along, for better results and depending on how much you can handle. Asuna Spinning Bike can be easily used in commercial settings, like in fitness studios and gyms, not just in homes. It will require some assembly but is easy enough to put together by yourself and even better if you have someone helping you.
You’ll see a few knobs on this bike, for adjusting the resistance and this will ensure adaptability- safe, comfy, easy and convenient riding experience. Your feet will be placed properly and safely in the anti-slip pedals and with foot cage so there will be no slippage even at high speeds. There is a bottle holder that is easy to reach so you don’t need to interrupt your session by getting off the bike to get some water and you will keep hydrated at all times. It is good for both short and tall people as you can conveniently adjust the handlebars and seat up and down, forward and backward. A couple of customers commented on the seat, that it is a bit uncomfortable which is expected of spinning bikes but having thicker fabric outfit seems to help and the handles are a little stiff, they feel like they’re in a spin class and that the whole experience is great. It is gym quality, very well built, solid and sturdy with joints properly welded, so quite heavy too but no problem as it includes transport wheels and is very easy to assemble in about 15 minutes or so. It should last you a very long time with simple maintenance if you don’t get too tough on it and with common sense.
