The foam gel seat is quite comfortable to sit on and offers 5 inches of range distance (back and forth) as well as 4 height settings (6” adjustment up and down). So the seat can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally and you can enjoy the 12-inch stride with the elliptical. It has 
a built-in heart rate monitor with the sensors on the handles connected to the LCD display panel that also shows you the calories, time, distance and current speed.
The LCD display works with two AA batteries and does not need to be plugged in. And there is a tension dial in the middle that you can use to decrease and increase the 8 levels of resistance and challenge. You’ll be able to burn more calories, strengthen your legs and arms and get better results as you increase the resistance by time. It has a vertical space saving design and goes from elliptical to the upright exercise bike and from bike to elliptical easily and smoothly.
The Body Rider BRM3635 requires some assembly and you need to follow the easy-to-read instructions carefully and may need a second person to help you out. Please note that the foot pedals are fixed and not adjustable like one of the customers expected them to be. You can pedal it smoothly and quietly and you won’t be disturbing people in the house and you can listen to music while working out. This is a nice looking, sturdy, reliable and functional elliptical bike at a good price.
