The rubber running belt is quite large with the measurements of 47 x 17 inches and gives you a more stable and comfy feel. You can walk jog or run at speeds between 0.5 and 7.5 mph that can be adjusted with the push buttons on the control panel.

It has a 5-inch blue-ray LCD display panel that shows the calories, speed, distance, time and offers you easier viewing. You can also see your heart rate on the screen when you hold the pulse rate sensors on the handles. There is a good size hidden tablet and smartphone holder just below the LCD display. There 
are twelve built-in preset quick-access workout programs for burning fat and a great cardiovascular workout for whatever you’re in the mood on the day. Or you can manually adjust your speed, workout time and incline level.
GoPlus K1431 Treadmill weighs 96.5 pounds as a heavy-duty product and has a 220 pounds of user weight capacity. It measures 62 x 26.5 x 49.5 inches as assembled and 32.5 x 26.5 x 57 inches as folded. You can fit it in a smaller space thanks to its compact size. It can be folded and unfolded easily and safely with a soft drop system and easy folding mechanism.It is easy to put together after you take it out of the box, all you do is unfold it, place and tighten six screws. But please make sure they are tightened properly.
It is good to have the side handrails for support and security but they’re a bit short. There is an Aux cord input in the middle of the display panel, which is not the best positioning. And you have the integrated speakers that you can connect to your tablet and get better sound. There is the emergency stop button on the handle and a safety key in the middle to help protect you in case of a fall. You can’t pause the treadmill as stopping it will zero timer and other indicators. You can also press the on/off button on the left handle to zero everything. It is very sturdy, does the job well, has good controls and display and offers good value for money.
