Price tag is quite low as far as the vibration plates go and the quality is quite high in comparison and includes a few handy features that make it a great addition to your exercise program. Customers like this type of workout mostly because they don’t need to put too much effort in and the vibrations are simply relaxing. They can sit, stand, partly lie down or try different postures and exercises on it with enhanced results but the claim that you’ll get an equivalent of an hour’s regular exercise by spending just ten minutes on it? We’re not so sure of that.
