Crystal Upright Bike runs very quietly and even lets you stand up when you’re riding (supports standing up). It doesn’t have a folding design, not being compact or lightweight but something rather heavy-duty being made of solid steel with a 50mm stainless steel tube diameter, but comes with the small wheels underneath so you can transport it from room to room within your house to relocate it conveniently or to store it easily. You will get an anti-slip mat and a red or silver matching water bottle so you do not have to get off the bike to have some water and you can keep hydrated throughout your workout. There is an easy access twistable tension knob in the middle that lets you adjust the resistance for varying levels of challenge.
Putting it together is easy and you need to screw the left pedal in the counter-clockwise direction. It will stay put and stable with the ground level adjustments at the front and rear. As a unique feature, there are soft cushions on both sides of the handle for supporting your elbows so you can feel comfy especially during a long session. The pedals include straps and toe clips to accommodate different shoe and foot sizes and for your security. If you wish to work out at home and you enjoy the spinning classes at the gym, this is a pretty decent bike for fitness enthusiasts, that is solid and sturdy, functions very well and is quite good value for money with a fair price tag, but without the extra bells and whistles like an advanced computer with preset programs and audio etc. You can easily burn about 500 pounds in an hour, depending on your weight and how hard you work out and you will be on your way to transforming your body.
