Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T7615 is a manual walking treadmill with the added cross training functionality and magnetic resistance system that you can adjust to your needs generally or on the day. Please note that this is a manual treadmill, not automatic and is designed for walking or fast walking rather than for running fast. It is for home use, not for commercial gyms and you can burn calories and lose weight as part of a regular aerobic or cardiovascular program.
As a manual unit that is not motorized, your feet will power it and the more you push it the more speed you will experience. You will find the two swing levers with light resistance on both sides for you to work on your upper body muscles. It comes with the pulse rate sensors on the fixed handles in the middle so you can measure your heart rate accurately and stay in your target rate zone to burn calories and fat faster. So the heart rate will show on the LED-lit digital display panel that works on batteries and that also includes the regular indicators like the calories, speed, distance, time and scan that shows all of the indicators every six seconds or so without you interfering manually.
