It also includes a large 40 pound bidirectional flywheel with adjustable resistance that lets you have very easy to very challenging exercise and anything in between with the brake pad as the resistance pad at the top of the flywheel to make it more durable and you just need to turn the resistance knob to adjust the intensity of your workout safely and smoothly to decrease or increase levels and you can press on it to activate the brake quickly.
