ECTOWN Two Wheels Smart Self Balancing Scooters Gold

ECTOWN is a brand new and decent quality two wheel smart self balancing 350 watt power electric scooter, which is like a mini Segway without the handlebars. On the market you will see small variations and generic rebranded names of the more or less same Chinese product and with very different price tags so this one is certainly great value at the current price level. Unboxing and setting it up is easy and in the box you’ll find the main scooter itself, user manual in Chinglish but still understandable and the charging cable. It is rather easy to handle with the self balancing control and you can carry it around to school or office easily.

Alloy metal ECTOWN Scooter measures 23 x 7.32 x 7 inches with a tyre size of 6.7 inches (rubber and non-inflatable tyres with no concerns for flats), has a very solid build quality and feels heavy duty weighing in at 27 pounds and will definitely not fall apart under you- the max user weight it can carry is 243 pounds. Maximum speed is like the speed of very fast jogging at 7 to 8 miles per hour and you will hear a beeping sound when you are at the maximum speed. It has a 36V*4.4AH (158WH) lithium battery that can be charged at  AC110-240V 50-60HZ voltage in one to two hours with 80% charged in half an hour and when the battery level goes below 10% the unit will slow down and stop working. With full charge you can travel for about 15 miles which is often like a few days before you run out of battery and depending on your weight it can tilt at 15 to 30 degrees. You press the power button and see the LED light on, step on it with one foot at a time and as the rubber pads act like touch sensitive buttons switching on both motors with enough pressure supplied and the motors are very quiet.

Scooter can be prone to scratches and just try not to bump it too hard in the corners or pavements if you want it to last you longer-is quite a solid product but like anything it is not perfect. It is quite intuitive and easy to ride by just letting your brain do the thinking. Use two walls or another person for support when you first begin practicing but just be relaxed, push your feet to the edges to stay in balance. The scooter can be used between 14 to -40 degrees with the recommended temperature between 50 to 86 degrees Fahrenheit. The LED light will be on as well as a beep sound when the power is switched on and will twinkle during protection. It takes only a few minutes to get used to it in most cases but going up and down the hills can be a bit more challenging and will take more practice than flat surfaces. You will be able to manoeuvre most side walks but not the bigger ones that are too large to hop over. They are becoming quite popular by the day as it is a convenient mode of transport and so much fun to ride- will feel like being in the future and you get stopped on the road and asked- they are becoming very popular.
