Here is the most recent release- brand new, decent, great quality and low cost GoPlus weight lifting bench for your daily resistance / strength training at home or outside and includes a solid barbell and free weights and as a multifunctional unit it can be used for different types of barbell and dumbbell exercises conveniently. It even has a detachable knee bracket that lets you also do foot workouts as well. Black GoPlus weight lifting bench is made of tubular steel material (solid frame and structure mean durability and stability and peace of mind during the exercise but it is best not to go too heavy) with metallic silver finish, weighs 59 pounds and measures 61 x 55 x 50 inches with a pole thickness of 1.5mm and Pu cushion pad thickness of 1.6 inch so it is quite comfortable for its price as long as you are not expecting the look and feel level of those very expensive premium benches. You can load a maximum of 150 pounds of weights on the barbell and the bench can carry a total weight of 300 pounds- perhaps not a lot for a weight bench but certainly does the job for a not too heavy workout.
In the package you will see the GoPlus Weight Bench itself with the barbell rod and two nuts included, four weights (2 x 10kg and 2 x 8kg) and user manual with assembly instructions as the assembly of cage is required with fittings and directions provided and it is quite easy to do assemble too. As a flat and incline bench, the three adjustable backrest incline angles allow you to target different muscle groups such as the upper chest as well as the centre- this is designed mainly for upper body- chest and front deltoid muscles, to keep in shape and to build muscles over time. You will find two poles on the sides for weight storage, to put your weights that are currently not in use. We can not see any transportation wheels on the photos and it will probably need a permanent spot in your room or garage but the rubber feet help prevent any damage to your floor. Despite the low price of the unit, the faux leather upholstery seems to be nice and comfy enough and overall it is a basic bench with a barbell and four weights (which you can certainly purchase more) that seems to do the job but not for overly heavy stuff and it is certainly good value for money at the low price level concerned.
