Ironman H-Class 800XT 12 Position Weight Bench
IRONMAN 800XT is the brand new commercial level weight bench as part of the Ironman H-Class that can be adjusted to 12 different incline, flat and decline positions mainly for home gym use with an impressive total real weight capacity of 800 pounds including the user and the weights. It has a very sturdy, heavy duty construction with a very solid tubular steel frame with powder coating and unique triangular support of extended leg stabilizers for added strength so there won’t be any movement, shaking, wobbling or rocking during your exercise sessions. It is suitable for use by people from very short up to 6’4” tall which means it should cover almost everyone. By using the two front leg adjustments the extended backrest that measures 10 x 34 inches with 1 3/4 inch thick foam can be adjusted easily and smoothly to twelve different positions between -20 decline to +80 degree incline angles allowing you to hit the lower, mid and upper chest as well as different parts of your other muscles. Please note that the dumbbells that you see on photos are not included in the package.
So there are a number of exercises you can do with this equipment including flat bench presses, decline bench press, incline bench press, seated military shoulder presses, push-ups, sit-ups, seated military presses, dips and dumbbell rows and you should also do some research online and use your creativity. Ironman 800XT Weight Bench includes a large seat of 15 x 15 inch dimensions and there is a removable leg hold down bar underneath that can be adjusted to four positions and the two x three inch foam rollers offer a more comfortable and stable workout. It has a conveniently foldable design with also the transport wheels included which we can’t see on the photo for easily relocating it for storing away and it measures 51 x 23 x 9 inches as folded.
