You can walk, jog or run at the speeds between 0.5 and 11 mph and the suggested maximum total user weight is 300 pounds on its robust steel frame. The total maximum user weight capacity is 300 pounds and measures 70L x 33W x 54H inches. You can fold it to 39″ x 33″ to store it vertically and to save on some storage space in your living area. The exercise deck area for walking, jogging or running is 56 x 20 inches and would be comfortable for most people.

This treadmill has 15 incline levels for more or less challenge depending on what you can handle at the time of your workout.
