Marcy Rowing Machine is a safe fitness unit with the decent security features like the large textured pedals with to get a firm footing and foot straps and the comfy, solid and safe grip handles. The two adjustable foot straps keep your feet in place and the anti-slip pedals are comfortable. It has a multi-angle digital display that tilts backwards and forwards and shows some useful information.
This integrated LCD display shows the common indicators of calories burned, time, row count, total count and more for you to track your progress easily and make progress. Please note that it doesn’t track your distance.You can go from easy to challenging via the tension knob for 8 levels of magnetic resistance settings. You don’t have to leave the comfort of your home to get your daily cardio workout to burn calories and fat efficiently. It works not only your back muscles but your body overall including legs and abdominals.
The seat is quite comfortable for your longer sessions and your feet will not fall off thanks to the loops on them. It is tough and sturdy enough and the total maximum user weight capacity is 250 pounds. Marcy NS-4053RW weighs 66 pounds and measures 72 x 20 x 33 inches as assembled and 36 x 20 x 44 inches as folded. It is a 
fairly compact and foldable unit that you can move on its two integrated transport wheels and store it away conveniently. It is a sturdy and durable rowing machine overall for the easy and casual and difficult and intense workouts.
There is a tablet holder at the bottom of the display panel where you can put your smartphone, tablet or book to keep you entertained over intense workouts. You need two AA batteries for the display panel that are included in the package. Shorter and taller people can use this rowing machine comfortably and even if you’re 6′ tall you’ll still have a few inches of space left on the sliding rail when your legs are fully extended.
Marcy Rower is easy to assemble in about an hour if you’re doing it on your own. The instructions are not so great but it is self explanatory and the tools are in the box. It is not very easy on the eyes- not very elegant or refined but a normal looking rower and does not come with the bells and whistles, but offers plenty of power.
