Murtisol 4-in-1 is an indoor foldable exercise bike and workstation with a removable desk, backrest, adjustable seat and pulse rate sensors on handles. The 4-in-1 here means the seat, the desk, exercise and the heart rate monitor.
You can purchase it in black and red or black and yellow depending on your taste and your budget. The yellow one does not come with the backrest and is roughly 46 dollars cheaper at the time of this review. It has a compact and space saving design, is quite modern and nice looking and will look nice in your living room or wherever you use it in your house. You can put it together easily with the instructions and the simple tools included. You can get the expert assembly with your purchase but costs a bit more than the bike itself. The 8 levels of magnetic resistance can be adjusted via the tension knob at the front for different levels of challenge. So you can start out lighter and move up to more resistance as you go along. It is also a good idea to change the resistance throughout your session.
The LCD display panel shows your calories, distance, speed, time and heart rate via the sensors on the front handles and the readings are pretty accurate. So you can keep motivated to achieve better results and stay in your target heart rate zone to burn more calories in the same amount of time. You’ll be able to lose weight over regular use, keep fit and perhaps have fun while you’re getting your daily work done. The laptop tray is conveniently removable and includes a cup holder and a phone and tablet holder on its anti-slip surface. It is perfectly safe and comfortable to use.
The larger pedals also have the textured anti-slip surface and straps to keep your feet in place during your session and to prevent foot slippage. As you see in the photos, the backrest is just a small one that measures 6 x 8 inches, but does the trick. The yellow version doesn’t have the desk and costs less. The maximum user weight capacity is 264 pounds or 120 kg, which should cover a great percentage of people. The seat is not too bad- comfy enough,but you may want to get a cushioned seat if you prefer something better.
Murtisol MT-1100 works well overall, offering a smoother and quieter ride. It runs very quietly with almost no noise at all, being a desk bike as well. Apparently they designed it with your work or office environment in mind. The desk is conveniently removable and is nicely positioned for your work. It is easy to assemble and folds up easily for storage once you’re done. It is a great value bike overall, that we don’t hesitate to recommend.
