Please note that there is no auto incline function on this unit, and needs to be adjusted manually. One of the customers commented that it only stays on the incline mode and there is no flat running. In case of an emergency you can use the red safety key to stop immediately. The user manual only has a few pages but should be enough to help you to operate and maintain. It is easy to assemble and use and is easy to transport and store as it can be folded easily and moved on its wheels.
8 mph speed is plenty for running and you can walk, jog or run, and change the speed throughout your workout to burn calories and fat faster. It is a decent quality, powerful and smooth treadmill at a fairly low price and despite being an entry level model it can be used by advanced trainers as a warm-up tool before their resistance training session.
