It looks like a great quality cardiovascular fitness equipment to buy and own if you have a higher budget, like over a couple of thousand dollars at the moment. The workout programs on this premium equipment are Cross Country, Weight Loss, Interval, Fitness Test, Cross Training (3), Hill Climb, Gluteal (2), Custom and Manual. These preset exercise programs come with different levels of resistance.
The cross ramp is adjustable between 15 and 40 degrees through the control panel. The stride length is between 21.2 and 24.7 inches and you have 20 real levels of resistance between 18 and 720 watts. There is a pulse rate monitor with the touch and wireless capabilities and the chest strap is not included and you may want to purchase it separately if you’ll be using it. You have the touch heart rate sensors on both fixed handles in the middle. It offers you a very fluid and smooth motion that literally reflects your body’s movement. You’ll experience a very natural and smooth, amazing workout consistently.
This commercial grade cross trainer is very easy to operate with the intuitive control panel and you can start using it immediately. By changing the incline levels- adjusting the cross ramp you will be working on slightly different muscles in both your lower and upper body. Precor EFX 576i has a heavy- duty, sturdy construction, weighs 338 pounds and measures 80 x 32 x 68 inches and will occupy as little 
space as possible. It is shipped totally assembled and ready to use straight out of the box. You will not need to assemble anything. You can just put a yoga mat underneath to protect your hardwood floors.
It will prove very sturdy, stable and durable even during your toughest workout sessions. The Precor 576i is the older version of the EFX 835 with a different display panel. The performance, functionality, programs, build quality, motor etc. are the same and you should also look at the height of both units and the ceiling clearance when you’re considering the two models. The EFX 835 weighs 340 pounds and measures 80 x 30 x 67 inches. And currently it costs significantly more at Amazon.com. You need a ceiling clearance of roughly 20 inches for the Precor 576i. Please remember that these are commercial level elliptical cross trainers that can accommodate taller or larger adults or use by many people a day. And please note that the Precor units sold here come out of gyms or hotels and they are refurbished.
