You add water into the water tank that sits at a 60-degree angle for resistance with the 16 hydro blades inside. With the water pump included you can add or remove water as you like. There is an advanced LCD-backlit R2 performance monitor with the swivel function that shows the distance traveled, calories burned, time exercised, strokes, total strokes, SPM- strokes per minute, time/500m, pulse rate, temperature, clock and date.

You won’t feel any tailbone pressure on the oversized padded molded seat and you’ll be comfortable over the long sessions.

You can fill the tank with 4 gallons of water and the maximum water level is equal to the highest resistance level. Purification tablets are added into the water and so you do not need to put distilled water into the tank. Unlike with other models’, the water tank on this model does not need to be replaced in 5-6 years time as it is built very sturdy and durable and should last you as long as the rower itself. Very tall and short people can use this rowing machine comfortably with the adjustable pedals and straps as long as the don’t weigh more than 300 pounds.

The Sunny Rower is shipped in a single 105 lbs. box in two main pieces of water tank and the main frame that the seat slides on. It is a decent quality water rower that offers a very smooth rowing experience just like on a lake without any noise or jerking. It is easy to fill the water tank with the funnel provided and the pump to remove water and you’ll also get the purification tablets. The display panel is not the easiest to read and the instructions provided are not the best but for many of you the assembly will be straightforward and it shouldn’t take more than half an hour.
