Sunny Health & Fitness SF-RW5623 is the latest release, modern air magnetic rower with a dynamic response. Magnetic resistance includes a total of 8 resistance levels that are manually adjustable through the tension knob underneath the LCD panel. With each pull, you will get a dynamic response from the unit and feel the extra resistance, thanks to the built-in fan. You will row comfortably with the anti-slip grip handles and a properly padded seat. The foot pedals are also non-slip type and they include foot straps that are adjustable to keep your foot in place and safe when you’re working out. Then there is the small smart LCD panel with the common indicators of calories, time, count, total count and scan that moves between these. It weighs just under 60 pounds- 59.5 lbs to be exact, with a 300 pound user weight capacity and measures 86 x 19 x 28 inches so it is not particularly compact but with the built-in transport wheels you can conveniently relocate and store it in a better part of your house if you don’t want to leave it in the middle of your living room.
