Sunny Health & Fitness Treadmill SF-T4400

Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T4400 is a nicely designed and durable, motorised treadmill with 2.0 peak horse power drive, convenient handrail controls that let you change the speed, start and stop, a large LCD display, 9 different integrated pre-set exercise programs and speed range of 0.5 to 10 miles per hour at a reasonable price. It is offered with a 90 day limited warranty by the manufacturer.

Steel frame Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T4400 has a 15.75 inch by 48.82 inch running surface with up to 220 lbs user weight capacity, is 62.2 x 26.8 x 47.3 inches when assembled and weighs 103 pounds so it is a lot more like a stationary unit than portable and you will also find a water bottle holder and a smart phone/tablet holder on it as accessories for your comfort and convenience. It is very easy to assemble in just a few clear steps and you’ll find the instructions manual in the box- has 8 screws and should not take more than 10-15 minutes at the most. It can be folded easily when you’re not using it and wish to store and when you reopen you will not damage your carpet or wood floors thanks to the soft drop system and you will unfold it safer. Handrail controls are not only convenient to use but also good for your security as you will be more likely to experience a fall or injury when you change the speed and settings through the control panel rather than the handrails when you’re at higher speed.

And you will be able to monitor your progress clearly on the large LCD display that shows time, pulse, calories burned and speed so you can push yourself better till you reach your workout goal- it will motivate you. There is a heart rate monitor on the handrails and you can see your pulse rate on the LCD display after holding the hand rails for a few seconds. The way you use it is you start by walking at slower pace then increase the speed and run slowly then faster and use the incline feature (comes with three manual incline options at the bottom of the unit with a maximum incline of 12 percent) as you go along. By doing it slow, fast, slow, fast you will get in shape quicker- can be used for walking, jogging and running and you will be doing it all in each of your workouts. Hand rails are a little lower than most treadmills but not a major drama if you’re not very tall. You’re getting great performance, ideal comfort, sturdy build quality and efficiency at a fair price and we highly recommend it for those on the market looking for a budget treadmill that won’t take up much space like most of the other treadmills and with basic but useful features without all the bells and whistles like lots of workout programs and button for incline.
