You can walk, jog or run, but probably not dance on this treadmill like suggested on the product description and video :).
What they mean by dancing is it comes with a very good quality speaker, that is not very common on other treadmills. It has the Bluetooth feature and you can listen to music or watch videos by using these speakers and your smart mobile device. You can jog and run at speeds up to 7.5 miles per hour with the holding bar up in the running mode. And it makes a great walking or under the desk type treadmill that you can walk at speeds up to 3.75mph when you’re working at your desk. This way you do not have to dedicate a separate time or schedule for gym or workout at home. You can burn calories all day long at your standing desk.
It is a good quality cardiovascular fitness product, a great treadpad that is built with an aluminum alloy frame. This makes the treadmill solid, durable, lightweight and resistant to corrosion. The SHF application is available on Google Play and Apple App stores. It lets you track your goals and monitor your workout progress and get to your results faster. You can view the standard indicators like calories burned, distance traveled, time exercised, current speed and steps on this app. You have a decent amount of exercise space on the tread belt that measures 48L x 19W inches, which is good enough for a good percentage of people to feel comfortable enough during their intense workout sessions.
It comes with a remote control that lets you start and stop the treadmill and adjust your speed easily. There are three convenient preset programs, including the auto, constant speed and standby modes. The HD quality speaker on this smart and modern treadmill is nothing like what its slim and compact design might suggest, and it is quite powerful. We like that it is a 2-in-1 that can be used both as a regular treadmill and an under desk walking treadmill and the ease of switching between the two functions. You can move it easily from room to room within your house on its wheels at the front. It has a convenient flat design that lets you fit it under the bed, in the closet or wherever you see fit.

This is one of the newest models by the company, that’s why there aren’t many product reviews. It runs quietly and smoothly and you won’t really hear much when you’re talking on the phone or listening to music or doing your work. Being also an under desk treadmill it is obviously quieter than normal. It doesn’t require much maintenance but you’ll get a bottle of lubricant that you’ll use prior to first use. You are recommended to use it on a mat rather than a thick carpet as the fibers may affect the performance of the motor. The Sunny Treadmill is shipped totally assembled and you don’t need to do any assembly work. You can just start using it straight out of the box in ten minutes or so. We do think it is a pretty decent treadmill for the money, especially for those that want to exercise and burn calories when working at their desks.
