Tomshoo Elliptical Fan Bike comes with user-friendly features and a solid build for a low impact type cardio / aerobic exercise at home. It is a convenient 2-in-1 bike or trainer that acts both as a regular exercise bike and an elliptical trainer. It has a steel frame and solid plastic parts, a vertical design that helps it take up little space in your home gym or living area. Please note that it can not be used in commercial gym settings.

Tomshoo Cross Trainer weighs 60 pounds, offers a total of 220 lb. weight capacity on its solid and robust steel frame and measures 33.5 x 19.7 inches. It comes with the standard 8 levels of resistance through the small tension dial in the middle for you to take on more challenge when you’re up for it. You can sit down and work your lower body and abs like you would on a standard bike, or stand up and use the handles to work on both your lower and upper body.

Both the seat and the handles are conveniently adjustable for height and body type, depending on how tall you are, and people at different heights – short or tall can use the trainer easily. Handle height can be adjusted between 57.5 – 64.6 inches and seat height between 32.5 x 38.6 inches.

This is a great unit for those that want to lose weight, get in good shape, get lean, strengthen and tone muscles.

You have the easy to use and easy to understand LCD display with separate backlit displays for current speed, distance traveled, calories burned, pulse rate and time exercised. The pulse rate sensors are located on the fixed handles on both sides of the display panel. You will also find the silver color Mode, Set and Preset buttons at the bottom. You will be able to monitor your progress nicely, stay motivated and perhaps achieve the results you wish faster.

Tomshoo is a good quality 2-in-1 elliptical bike with a sturdy build, that is designed to last a long time. It is suitable for people at different fitness levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced. It can be used by those advanced weight trainers to warm up before their resistance training sessions or to burn off fat as part of their cardio routine. You will need to do some minor assembly that shouldn’t take more than 20 to 30 minutes if you are a little technically inclined, as the user manual explains everything clearly. This is a good value versatile and functional cross-trainer that is nice and easy to put together and use, and offered at a great price.
